Concierge Primary Care is a Membership Program. Patients are charged an annual fee of $5000.00 billed quarterly. Primary Care through Trilogy Health is only offered to Concierge Members. Urgent Care is problem-focused care and is offered to any patient seeking to affiliate with Trilogy Health.
Common reasons for an Urgent Care Visit include Injury*, Medication Check/Refill, Problem, Sick Visit, and Sports Physicals. These can all be booked online through the Patient Portal except for Lacerations and Acute Musculoskeletal Trauma that may require Diagnostic Imaging. You should contact the office directly to schedule these urgent same-day appointments.
