We focus on preventive and wellness care, acute medical needs, and chronic disease management -led the TRILOGY of care - all provided by one team of Health Care providers who you know and who know you. We will manage the vast majority of your medical issues and concerns and when a specialist needs to be involved we will remain active participants in your care. We have a very limited panel of patients for each physician, ensuring access always in a timely manner. An annual membership fee is charged and billed quarterly. Any patient may establish care with Trilogy Health and schedule appointments for Urgent Care needs, including any of the many procedures that we perform. Urgent Care is problem-focused care. Many common problems and illnesses can be addressed through Urgent Care. This access is appropriate for patients who do not feel Concierge Membership

This access is appropriate for patients who do not feel Concierge Membership Primary Care is what they presently desire but want to receive excellent problem-focused care from our highly-skilled and compassionate health care team. Urgent Care is billed under standard insurance.

Weight Loss Management
Specialty Care includes services like Cosmetic Neurotoxin (Botox, etc.), Male and Female Hormone Replacement Therapy, and Weight Loss Management, which are generally not covered by insurance. We also provide monthly medication and supplement packaging. These services are available to any patient for a fee.
