Our Approach

At TRILOGY HEALTH, our philosophy centers on personalized care that addresses each patient's unique needs. It is why we are so successful in helping our patients achieve their goals and retake control of their health.

Medically Guided Weight Loss

Comprehensive

Physician-guided weight loss achieves the highest long-term sustainable gains. This involves counseling, dietary and lifestyle changes, supplements,  and possibly pharmacotherapy. You will be closely followed by Trilogy Health staff throughout your entire weight loss journey. Your weight loss program is individualized and takes into account a whole-person approach. 


This service can be provided through in-person visits, telemedicine, or a combination of both. 


COMING SOON! Medically Guided Weight Loss via Telehealth in Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, Texas, and the DMV area (Washington DC, Virginia, Maryland) 

Data Driven

Each patient receives a free subscription to Cronometer that allows TRILOGY HEALTH and YOU to easily communicate and track dietary intake, biometrics such as weight and blood pressure, and micro and macronutrient goals.

Fees

Our medically guided weight loss program typically lasts one year, depending on your starting weight. Our fee is $3,600 for a year of medical supervision and guidance. Pay in full for a 5% discount or in three installments ($1800, $900, $900)

  • We believe in rewarding success. Meet your healthy weight goal in less than one year, and we will refund you the prorated difference.
  • You will receive a 20% discount if you are a concierge member.
