TRILOGY HEALTH was founded and is led by Francis Duggan MD. Dr. Frank/Francis to his patients has held Medical Director and Executive Leadership positions in China and Guinea Equatorial for CURE International and International SOS respectively and has done Emergency Medicine in Dubai. In addition to his full-time career in Emergency Medicine and Internal Medicine in the United States, he has volunteered over 30,000 hours in a multitude of resource-poor countries, where he has provided everything from neonatal critical care to outpatient geriatric care. In a time of increasing specialization, he is a true generalist, having worked tirelessly throughout his career to continuously broaden his knowledge and skill set. He has delivered a baby in the back of a pickup truck in Haiti. He has performed a tracheostomy on a one-month-old in Cambodia. He has taught and performed basic dentistry globally. He has performed orthopedic and trauma surgery at the battlefront in Ukraine. He built and was the medical director for the only multidisciplinary rehabilitation center in Cambodia. In fact, out of necessity, working regularly in resource-poor areas, he has acquired some knowledge and skills in most areas of medicine and surgery.
