Male Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT)

Insurance will generally cover Testosterone Replacement if you are lab-documented deficient; however, if you are not deficient, but in the lower range of normal, you may be experiencing many of the symptoms of Low T and may benefit from supplementation. We offer Testosterone Replacement Therapy to appropriate candidates for a quarterly fee of $400. This includes consultation, a 3-month prescription, laboratory review, medication titration, and a 3-month supply of needles, syringes, alcohol prep, and a sharp container.

This service can be provided through in-person or telemedicine visits or a combination of these two.

Male Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) is offered via Telehealth in Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, Texas, and the DMV area (Washington DC, Virginia, Maryland).

Cosmetic Neurotoxin (Botox/Dysport)

Cost is determined by the number of Units used, with an inclusive fee of $15/Unit. At the time of the initial consultation, a personalized estimate will be provided.

In addition to cosmetic neurotoxin administration, we offer medical neurotoxin administration for medical problems such as TMJ and migraines. This is generally covered by your insurance.

Medically Guided Weight Loss

Physician-guided weight loss achieves the highest long-term sustainable gains. This involves counseling and possibly pharmacotherapy. You will be closely followed by Trilogy help staff throughout your weight loss journey. Your weight loss program is individualized and takes into account a whole-person approach. Fees vary and are largely influenced by the degree of insurance coverage provided by your carrier. At your initial consultation, this will be discussed. The first visit for weight loss counseling is generally covered by your insurance.

ALL visits related to neurotoxin administration are booked online by selecting Consult / Referral in the scheduling drop-down menu of the reason for the patient visit. This includes the initial consultation visit as well as any subsequent appointments to perform the procedure. Often initial consultation and administration can be combined into one visit. This will be determined by your provider at the time of consultation. Post-injection follow-up appointments should be scheduled as Follow-Up.
